TOMMY SIGNED TO MORRHYTHM RECORDS - (January 12, 2007) Tommy's music is now available on the Morrhythm Records label out of Huntington Beach. Under this non-exclusive agreement, the "Fairly Twisted Logic" album will be re-released. The owner, Earl Beecher, will also feature the music on his weekly radio show "Beecher On The Beech," broadcast via the web and heard all over the world. 440 episodes of his cable television show have been produced, and there is talk of featuring Tommy in an upcoming episode. TOMMY SIGNS WITH SOUND BYTES MUSIC SERVICE-(January 4, 2007) Tommy has just signed an agreement with Sound Bytes music service to air his music and sell downloads of songs off the "Fairly Twisted Logic" album. Besides a syndicated radio show on 500 stations across the US, Sound Bytes music is also in supermarkets, liquor stores, banks, hotels, restaurants, and convenient stores/gas stations nationwide. "COLD & LONELY STREETS OF LA" TO BE FEATURED ON MANIC RECORDS - (June 25, 2006) Manic Records in Los Angeles has just picked up Tommy's song, "The Cold & Lonely Streets Of LA," to be included in their upcoming Manic Noise Volume Two due out in November. The 5-cd box set will include over 100 songs from the most eclectic and cutting-edge indie artists around the world. Besides being availble on the retail level, the compilation is also sent to 300 music supervisors working with film and television projects. NEW DEVELOPMENT DEAL WITH CANDYSPITEFUL PRODUCTIONS - (October 11, 2007) Candyspiteful Productions, with offices and recording studios in New York and Tempe, Arizona is an independent record label that specializes in helping artists advance their careers. Consistant relationships forged with major players in the music industry and the ability to present artists to key individuals at the ideal time is the reason for the company's success.Tommy has been approached and has entered into an agreement to be developed as an artist and produce a new CD of music. The new album, radio-friendly and airplay ready, will then be "shopped" to bigger labels.

FIRST MUSIC VIDEO TO BE PRODUCED - (October 10, 2007)Tommy will be producing his very first music video for the song "Reggae Revolution Chant." The video will be shot in the desert and combined with other footage including live footage from a show in LA. Expect a visual presentation of that Tommy creativity you've come to know and love. Expected completion date is mid-November. We are planning on debuting the video on the Eye On The Desert television show here in Palm Springs.
